Canteen Stores Department (CSD), a prestigious Chain of Retail Stores across Pakistan, invites applications for the position of “Store Manager Trainee” multiple stations:-
Store Manager Trainees
- Min Graduation (Preferably BBA/ MBA Supply Chain management and Marketing) from
HEC recognized National/ International University will be preferred.
- 2 to 3 years of retail store operations experience (Preferably IMT/ LMT).
- Age must be upto 35 years. The upper limit is relaxable for experienced candidates.
- Strong awareness of current trends, issues, tools and approaches to shop management.
- Applicants are expected to possess computer proficiency (MS Office), Good communication and reporting skills.
- Shortlisted candidates will be called for interview before selection panel.
- Selected Candidates will be given 6 months of on job training in all areas of shop
Operations.
- Afrer successful training, qualified individuals will be appointed as Assistant Shop
Managers for 6 months.
- No TA/ DA will be admissible for test/ interview
